We offer trades people an exceptional chance to display their goods from a Trade Stand Site or a Craft Stall on the Showfield We accept only one of any type of entertainment stalls; we very seldom accept more than two stalls selling the same type of wares.

We do have three catering units selectively positioned around the field, plus a licensed bar and an ice cream concession with two stands.

Trade Stands are areas of the Show field, marked out in 20 feet by 20 feet square plots. Vehicles accompanying trade stands must be accommodated within the allocated space, as well as all tow bars, trailer couplings, cars, trailers, Caravans, guy ropes on tents and awnings

The cost of these sites is £32. Extra space can be purchased at a cost of £4 per extra linear foot required.

Craft Stalls comprise of one 6 foot table (provided) offered in the separate Crafts Marquee at a cost of £20 each.

Application forms are posted to anyone who attended the previous Show in March. New applicants forms are not sent out until April. All applications are then treated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of completed forms with the appropriate fee. All Stand and Stall holders must have Public Liability Insurance Cover, a copy of which must accompany the application form.

(Please note, if on arrival it is found that not enough space has been booked, a surcharge of £5 per extra foot required will be imposed, as this practice is not only inconsiderate, but also inconvenient for us and for other stall holders who may be asked to move to accommodate a larger stall).
