Sykehouse is located 12 miles north of Doncaster, around 6 miles from Junction 6 (Thorne) on the M18. 10 miles south of Junction 37 (Goole) on the M62. Our charitable agricultural show is one of the biggest traditional shows around and regular welcomes over 4000 visitors a year

We are delighted to invite you to apply for trading opportunities at the 140th Sykehouse Show, taking place on Sunday, 3rd August 2025. This prestigious event offers a unique platform for vendors to showcase their products to a diverse audience.

Indoor Craft Marquee

For those interested in an indoor setting, we are offering 6ft tables inside the craft marquee at a cost of £30.

Outdoor Pitches

We have several outdoor pitch options available:

· 4m x 4m pitch: £35

· 8m x 4m pitch: £55

· 12m x 4m pitch: £80

Food, Coffee, and Game Vendors

Quotes for food, coffee, and game vendors can be provided by arrangement via email. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Electricity and Equipment

Please be aware that we do not have an electricity supply on the field. Ensure to include the required area for any necessary generators or vehicles with your pitch application or enquiry.

Special Requirements

If you are booking more than one pitch that requires locating next to each other, make sure to include this in the special requirements section of the application form.

Product Listings

Ensure to list all items you intend to sell. This helps us ensure a diverse range of products and avoid overpopulating with similar businesses.

Chairs may be hired costing £3 each.

When downloaded, please return the completed application form plus a completed Risk and Fire Risk Assessment, with a copy of your Public Liability Insurance cover to the address given, enclosing the appropriate payment.  Please note the Terms and Conditions, which must be complied with –  Book online and  pay by bank transfer to Sykehouse Show – s/c 40-44-14 a/c no 41143417 . Please send the completed forms to : [email protected]

You will then receive a map with details of which site you have been allocated on the Show field to confirm your booking, which will allow entrance to one vehicle and two persons, anyone accompanying the stand must pay the appropriate entrance fee.
